Features of Electrostatic Defrosters

  1. Regardless of the thickness or amount of frozen ingredients, defrosting will be completed overnight.
  2. Surface temperature and core temperature variation is kept within 3 degrees.
  3. Users can set the defrosted temperature as they like.
  4. Since it is a dry defrosting, the inside of the unit is sanitary and easy to clean.
